Yogesh Gupta, CFPCM

Director

Mr. Yogesh Gupta is the founder and director of Sykes & Ray Equities (I) Ltd. which started operations more than 20 years ago and today has a Pan-India presence with over 380 branches. SRE is a well-established equity broking house with licenses for BSE & NSE and averaging a turnover of more than Rs. 50, 000 crores. With more than 2 decades of experience in Financial Services industry, Mr. Gupta has been passionate about conceptualizing and offering Financial Planning services to the Indian Masses.

Convinced about the need for Financial Planning services in India, Mr. Gupta set up 2 ventures under the aegis of SRE Group. First, Financial Planning Academy (FPA) - an Authorized Education Provider for Certified Financial Planner Certification. Under his leadership and mentorship, FPA is now recognized as one of top Education Provider in Mumbai. Second, after laying down the foundations for Education, he then went on to establish Sykes & Ray Financial Planners, a pioneer in Fee-based Financial Planning services in India. He has been instrumental in building an enthusiastic and competent team of Certified Financial Planners and setting up the need-based business model and offering unbiased advice keeping clients interest first.

Mr. Anup Gupta is the Managing Director of Sykes & Ray Financial Planners' parent company Sykes and Ray Equities (I) Ltd (SRE). He has been instrumental in the expansion of SRE to establish a strong foothold in the market. Today SRE has a Pan-India presence with more than 380 branches offering a range of financial services like Trading in Equity & Derivatives, Research, Arbitrage, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Financial Education, Internet Trading, Currency Derivatives, Depository Services, IPO and Commodities. He has also served as a Board Member on the Bombay Stock Exchange from 1999 to 2003.

Business Head

Mr. Sadique Neelgund, as the Business Head of Sykes & Ray Financial Planners leads the team of Certified Financial Planners, Relationship Managers and Support Team. Apart from day-to-day running of business, he is in-charge of establishing operational excellence at par with global standards, coach Financial Planners for professional success and drive marketing & financial literacy initiatives of the company.

Prior to joining Sykes & Ray, he was with Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSB India) managing varied responsibilities like membership development, IT initiatives, corporate communications & international liaison. A management post-graduate and a CFP Certificant by qualification, he was also designated as Asst Editor and managing the editorial of Financial Planning Journal, the premier publication for Financial Planners in India.

Jaishank Gupta, CFPCM

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Jaishank Gupta is a CFP Certificant by qualification and has earned a distinction of being one of the youngest Certified Financial Planner in the country. As a strategic advisor of Sykes & Ray Financial Planners, he is responsible for advising the Directors & Business Head on strategic matters pertaining to the running of the business and guide on financials, marketing strategies, online promotions, resource management, technology development and standardization.

Mr. Gupta is also designated as the Head of Financial Planning Academy (FPA), a sister concern of Sykes & Ray Financial Planners where he in-charge of day-to-day running the institution and expanding FPA’s scope of services and geographical outreach. He has also been instrumental in knowledge transfer between education and practice leading to mutual benefits for both the organizations.
